  • That first Sainsbury’s delivery

Possibly the largest shop I have ever achieve as a single, on my own, not lonely though definitely good looking Dad, this cost £70.60 after a Utility Warehouse £10 voucher (in-depth article on them later), it got me an awful lot, cooking directions will follow, and at that super cheap way to cook loads that only I seem to do as a real on-line person!

Here you can see my waste bin, a Woolovers plastic packaging bag hanging on a cupboard handle, the thing is, behind that cupboard door is a rear mounted bin – that still needs mounting.

The best lime juice I have ever twitched to, mega burst when thirsty catches me in the night, also decided to store these root vegetables like they are meant to be stored, in a cool dark area – so they say, but the cupboard might be too warm, hmmm?

Yes correct, the fridge bulb light has blown up, but just look how all that is stuffed in there, proper impressed with it all.

Jar of curry sauce needs replacing with fresh cooked sauce, something I need to get better, erm, learn. Main thing here is not the spreads that are in plentiful but those four tins of Glenryck pilchards, two per week, meant to be good for my heart, its easy to forget about that problem too, but thankfully it reminds me ha!

And so that is the main once per month Sainsbury’s delivery shop, the next is booked for this arriving Saturday, but, that is more of a top up shop at around £50, and so, we have one big main cooking shop, and then a smaller top up shop at a total of about £130 per month, that’s still cheap, I really have learnt to live cheap but healthy these last couple of years, yes im working now!

  • I love my job

Everyone knows by now that I feel so lucky and happy to be working in an environment that I enjoy and seems good for me, even secret Santa got it spot on!

How did he know I really am sweaty enough, oh, sweet even…!

And so next year I will get cards for all, I have never had so many cards, well, over the last ten years.

  • How to be good and healthy orally

    Its something that very many folks really do seem to be bad at, but with the aid of mechanics and gadgets, then no one should really have any excuse to lapse. You really need to find out what are the best types of head to get at all those hardest of areas, yet also decent small gadgets to slip in between;

This is an old head worn out, it probably went on far too long at about a year, once worn out then the bristles are not very good at scrubbing the teeth or gums.

Today I started on something that I have never had before, a double head for, for me, one goes in one direction while the other does another, very little gets wasted, very impressed, and in a pack of four, now im ready for my new tooth on 5th March 2013!

What we have here is lots of in-betweens, starting with the floss stick and pointer, this gets into the tightest of areas below the gum line, the first interdental tooth brush is a tiny 0.45mm, this can just about get below the gum line, the next size is 0.6mm which is ideal for the tight spaces between them there teeth, and finally the big size is 1.1mm, this fits brilliantly between those cranky teeth that I have… Oh, and before the floss stick on the left, yes appears a hair, this has nothing to do with looking after your oral hygiene, erm…

It was once said to me that a woman looks at teeth and shoes, and yes she did a couple of years as a dental hygienist before returning to M & S York, I wonder where now, and that she is now ok?

Last but not least, do not swallow, after swishing it around the mouth for about a minute then you must gargle and then spit, this should be done a couple of times per day, usually mid morning and at the evening.

  • I really can and do multi task!

Just a little proof here, but honestly, cooking and ironing together is great therapy…

This is the biggest, deepest flat pie I have ever made, usually I cook it in two oven dish things and turn it into four, this time I decided to cram it all into one, I think it worked.

In between all that cooking of stuff I did do the ironing, one thing you need to remember, always iron your clothes while slightly damp, it works a treat, erm, ok, the photo is a little blurred but I were rushing!

I actually do love cooking, this is one of the best flat pies ever, simply because I crammed everything into one dish, divide it by four and felt hungry.

    Can you smell them?

  • Breakdown, being a fat, loud, and bang on distorted umph…

Jacobs band ‘Breakdown’ and how I should have taken my proper camcorder and not phone…

    The lights were low.

Sometimes folks really do not come together, they need shaken up and, and… answers welcome. Guys, you all fit together.

  • Was is a sarcoid attack?

Hmmm, I weren’t going to mention but I guess folks noticed? today seemed to be my first sarcoid attack while working, thing is, is it really classed as a sacoid attack, what is one? if it were a dreadful hangover all day then I would be thankful of it, but it weren’t, I think I know what triggered it, so will, and yet again adjust to fit.

This was last week before the Christmas party, blimey, look at me!!!

  • You did your dad proud Jason

Jason Bonham, your arm is where your heart is at, you looked nervous but certainly did not sound it, your Dad would have been mega impressed…

Brilliant stuff and certainly how the band allowed Jason to be comfortable, yeah we know he isn’t John and Jason knows that, but just how good this was.

  • Higher courts hearing

218 pages later my case has reached the higher courts for a hearing, obviously if they thought I was out and out correct then I would not need a hearing, it would have gone – yet again – straight to appeal.

I’m super happy to be working, yet all I am trying to prove is that at the initial assessment I was quite ill and was not allowed to work – fact. Atos simply had tick boxes, has he got a serious illness – no, does he take medication that can cause adverse problems – no, whereas in fact both should state yes. Two years ago all I was after was the support to get me to the point of where I am now.

I am certainly not holding my breath with problematic lungs to say I will win this but I know the law is wrong.

  • Differing thoughts on the following

This card is a few years old and thankfully well kept, I feel sure we have all experienced everyone of them there mentioned erm, pooh’s…

My favourite is the hmmm, “that shit stinks, I can name whose it is in one…”

Once upon a time plant leafs were used to wipe your backside, but not with a crusty brown leaf as its very possible your fingers will burst through.

Actually, I feel well pleased about Mr Crapper, and just look how clean this toilet is, very impressive for the future wife, now, where did she go? to sit down until time, hmmm…

  • Warrior Harrington

I think Jacobs jacket could well be in this mod type packaging, brass zip too!
