What a great night we had, myself, my eldest son Jacob and his bands drummer Sam, three songs played in the form of; Dust my broom, Johnny be goode, and Alright now, though I guess my lack of understanding on that thee five string bass threw me somewhat! a lower ‘B’ string, jeez I kept wanting to play it as the ‘E’ string! great laughs, good fun and a joy to play with those guys – Sam’s first time!
And what do we have here, yes they are advised as being some of the warmest jackets around, sarcoidosis is a funny one, I can even sweat something silly when im actually cold.
Czech military coats have a fine lining and coller, both can also be removed individually, so it could well be an all year round jacket, I felt the cold last year, and I should not this year, it could also be my new working dress-code with my new job, ha…
More clothings are still being looked into, especially 100% cotton long sleeve shirts and also trousers, try best possible to keep those synthetics off of my skin?
One of the best programs I have viewed in a little while, very interesting episodes, and I’m looking forward to the others, only seen the first two for now. So many of us do think we know quite abit of history, yet we still learn. I thought the marathon was one runner in ancient Greece that took a message 26 miles, and finally I find out, it were the citizens army of Athens, with Plataea aiding, they had defeated the Persians, who in turn set sail to conquer Athens, and so the army had to run the 26 miles back to Athens, and in turn the Persians did a runner, or turned and sailed away.
Just a little reminder here of that just gone summer, do you remember it? no? nor do I! mind you, we had a superb week in March, in-fact I did this song about sarcoidosis back then by the river Wharfe, if you viewed it then do you remember? no? oh those were the days of March 2012!
This must be the only song in the world about sarcoidosis, it would be great if we got all the sarcoid affected folks to have a listen, affected means as said, you don’t need it to be involved…?
Ah, yes, that reminder of the great British summertime, a raincoat, a camera, erm…
That video is pretty much near to where im pointing in this video, during the floods!
Jeez, my hair, I still have it, but its in a washing detergent box! in-case you missed the event you best check some self clipper attacking here, and just below is the result, hmmm, to keep or not to weep, that is my question, ah yes…
Space…
Space, just so you can not view it straight away…
More space…
Space is so required, one turn of that wheel in the middle of your mouse…
How to jump from the edge of space. Wow, just watched that jump from the edge of space, Felix you top dude, when he were stood on the edge of the capsule I almost got motion sickness watching it!!! Top marks, brilliant, and how insane some folks are eh.
Had my influenza vaccination this Friday morning, well its only something small but feeling like Iv now got a mild bout of ‘man-flu’ though I also asked to be weighed, 72kg, hmmm, looking OK but im now down from 79kg of a couple of months ago, it could be due to my prednisolone reduction which is now at 10mg/day, and from a maximum of 40mg/day for a couple of months in the spring, thing is, I never got the huge dreaded pred moon face or actually got huge?
I must advise that anyone with a compromised or daft immune system should really have a flu jab, might leave you rough for a little while but in the long run it should help protect you through those long dark autumn winter months, brrr…
After nearly deleting ‘the thing’ page I decided not to, it might still offer folks some kind of sarcoidosis in-sight? Its almost two years since being diagnosed as a sarcoid, in that time I kept reasonably positive, yes sometimes I can write rubbish and harp on but its good for the soul? I was so hoping that in those two years I would have been one of the (95%ish) of sarcoids and it leave me, it hasn’t, its active and, well its all guess work now, about 12-ish in the whole Bradford district, so say the consultants.
It used to bother me when folks say I should be thankful its not cancer, sarcoid is a relative to cancer, it needs the same type of treatments, it is degenerative, its active and really bothers my eyes and lungs, and my mind, oh but that’s normal! the only difference in sarcoidosis and cancer are the names, that is it, illness is not a competition.
Im still taking on the Atos assessment that I failed on 2nd June 2011, the Employment and Support Allowance ‘system’ is wrong and corrupt, with my case now at the higher courts in London, but, my determination to get a job (probably through Leeds Remploy) is now a priority, I then need a car to carry out my gig/band direction. My third passion of cycling is much harder than I let on, yes third passion cycling!
Onward, sideways, zigzagging, but like the morning sun, heading in the right direction of upwards.
I felt a little on the hungry side, mind you, I usually only have one main hot meal per day, cereal or toast for breakfast, and then its snacking on fruit through the day, occasionally having cheese on cracker, but look at this plate full.
Remembering to put hugging’s of butter, well, Flora on and plenty of the tomato sauce squeezed in there.
And only a little bit of the skin left, a very nice and healthy meal, certainly felt stuffed afterward!
Total cost was about;
£0.75 Potato,
£0.88 Fish fillets (frozen).
£0.20 Leaf spinach (frozen)
£1.83
And some butter, tomato sauce, salt and pepper and electric for the oven!
So, we finally came to a decision, the tendinitis of my ankles is more than likely caused by the sarcoidosis, and as I have been on upto 40mg of Prednisolone per day for approaching two years its time to try get off it, well, reduce it and see what happens?
OK the quality is not brilliant from my mobile, I do have a decent camera but keep forgetting! We know that reducing the Pred will cause some problems to raise an ugly head that it has been masking, so lets see how the needles help with my sarcoid ankles.
What I will say here, that above needle on the left I certainly felt, but not in the pain as you might expect, it were a very strange yet relaxing sensation that also mildly went up my leg!
I could find it very easy to drift away while having those little needles shoved in me, hmmm, yes I certainly enjoyed them, oh, its mental pain I don’t like, so lets see what happens over the next few weeks.
