Will 2020 be the total collapse?

And so it gets forever closer, May the 7th 2015. This election will be bonkers, a few parties will share and probably cause some kind of chaos. To keep it short I can not help but think it will be 2020 when the voting system will collapse. Is this why the 600 armoured patrol vehicles have asked to be ready for?
