Since moving into my ‘flat’ in December 2010, its been quite good. Though recently I spotted what looks like damp. But today the housing association plumber called, he spotted the ceiling, hmmm. I missed that! It seems the outside rainwater drain does overflow, with water running down the wall we could see a stone has a huge crack, potentially the water could come through from it as that is just above my ceiling. I hope they repair it ASAP, I don’t want any damp, especially with my lungs!
